The greatest tree stand for leaning and crooked trees was the Lil Mohican. The company was bought out and the new owner never did anything with company. Our system will smash the bark but not cut it. It's legal in all states that allow climbing. No chains or cables that will cause squeezing of the seat section on small trees. Aug 14, I would highly consider looking into a tree saddle system though.

It will be easier to push the tree straight if the surrounding soil is moist and pliable, so consider wetting the area with a garden hose. Then, manually push the tree straight and upright, applying even pressure along the trunk.
